This licence does NOT claim rights over public-domain facts or independently available original laboratory readings, nor does it override the rights and licences of FDA, NHANES, BfR, EFSA, or other upstream providers. Where copyright or database protection does not apply, attribution is requested for scientific provenance, not imposed as a new restriction on the facts. WHAT THESE FILES CONTAIN Packed JSON: 943 source-food entries and 9,248 derived food–analyte profiles. The packed form is the exact machine-readable dataset used by the Explorer. Derived-records export: flattened aggregates, not 9,248 independent laboratory samples. Explorer code: display and serving-calculation software. The upstream cleaning/crosswalk source code and raw individual laboratory records are not distributed in this package. Data dictionary: field definitions and unit conversions. See original data source URLs carried in each record. LIMITATIONS Comparisons are modelled using observed eating-day serving medians; they are neither habitual dietary-exposure estimates nor safety rankings. US, German, Danish and Dutch monitoring values are kept separate. Reporting-limit substitutions are not confidence intervals. See the article for methods, caveats and underlying source links. NO ENDORSEMENT OR WARRANTY No endorsement by the public-data providers is implied. Data and interpretation are provided as-is, without warranty.
