✓ OK TOGETHER

B vitamins together

No special timetable. Standard B-complex doses can be taken together.

Calcium + magnesium

Usually fine together at typical supplement doses.

Vitamin C + iron

Fine together. C may improve iron uptake, but an extra C pill is not always needed.

◷ TIMING MATTERS

Calcium + iron

Consider separate doses when treating iron deficiency.

High-dose iron + zinc

Avoid swallowing together when taking around 25 mg or more elemental iron.

Minerals + some antibiotics

Follow the antibiotic label. Calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc can reduce absorption.

Iron / calcium + levothyroxine

Separate by at least 4 hours under usual labeling instructions.

! SPECIAL RULES

High-dose zinc + copper

About 50 mg zinc/day for weeks can lower copper. Changing the time of the pills does not eliminate the risk.

Biotin + blood tests

Tell the laboratory. A high-dose supplement may distort results; the pause depends on the test.

Vitamin K + warfarin

Keep vitamin K intake steady. Coordinate changes with your prescriber.

For doses, exceptions and references, see the complete article. The A4 file keeps all three groups on one printable sheet.

On iPhone, Open / Save opens the poster in a new tab: use Share → Save to Files. For printing, keep Portrait selected; the landscape poster is rotated to fill the A4 page. You can also save the print preview as PDF.
