Otolaryngology is Dr. Faranov’s clinical specialty. His MD credential is not presented as specialist expertise in every field covered by the site. Outside ENT, conclusions should rest on the quality of the published evidence and the expertise appropriate to that topic.
Role at Mike’s Balance
Mike’s Balance is not a virtual clinic. During his lifetime, Dr. Faranov contributed medical writing and clinical editorial input, including clinical framing, warning signs and the limits of the available evidence. His involvement ended in January 2025.
